Stand of operation CO2 model CO2-BS-2W used for fast, exact and rational filling of bottles CO2 from tank of frozen carbon dioxide.

Alternating use allows to operator to exploit clean period of filling bottles for preparatory and finishing works. Thank to this there are not any downtime during the filling. Control of filling valves is automatic. Stand of operator is used in connection with filling pump model EM130 and reservoir with frozen carbon dioxide.

The device is equipped by:

-    2 pcs of digital floor scale, 200 kg, exactness 50g with automatic shut off with reaching setting weight of filling 

-    2 pcs of pneumatic fixative collets for large bottles 

-    2 pcs of isolated filling hose for CO2 lenght 2000 mm

-    2 pcs of quick adapter EMDE-CO2-QUICK

-    Safery ventil 103 bar

-    2 pcs of filling pressure gauge
