Four-layer textile glove with membrane.


Basic and backing back of the hand is Nomex fabric material.

The palm is made from Kevlar with a silicone layer that provides resistance to heat, abrasion and cutting due to its flexibility and provides high sensitivity and work comfort .

The system of Kevlar reinforcements with internal anti-shock padding provides high protection of joints. These elements considerably increase glove against mechanical risks.

The glove has a highly breathable and waterproof membrane Porelle, which also forms a barrier against bacteria, blood and chemicals.

The next layer is composition of technical Kevlar and Nomex, which increases the resistance to heat, abrasion and cutting.

The hand is directly protected with the last layer lining made from 100 % Kevlar. Even at maximum mechanical protection gloves keep high sensitivity.

Sensitivity and do not have protection against each other but complement each other.


Mercedes is made with Nomex long sleeve, allowing deployment of the coat and tightened.

The gloves are tested and certified according to DIN EN 659:2004 + A1:2008 - Protective gloves for firefighters
