Combined stationary low-pressure testing equipment ND1 +1 model for testing of fire extinguishers and pressure vessels up to 30 bar max.

Scope of low pressure:

The testing of fire extinguishers containers and pressure vessels up to 30 bar .

- Max diameter 210mm

- Maximum permitted height of 730mm

- Two independent clamping position

- Features quick-release adapter. You must be the size of the pressure vessel equipped with adequately long discharge pipe.

- Adaptation of pressure vessels is performed using the quick test, while put pressure vessel head adapter.

- Clamping pressure vessels is performed pneumatically.

- Management of the process is provided by SPS.

- The test process is triggered manually by pressing start, the procedure of the test process is performed automatically using SPS.

- During pressurization test area is provided with sliding doors. Implementation of water in a pressure line directly into the pressure vessel. Water is pumped from the water tank pump directly into the pressure vessel.

- Pressurization is performed using one piston pump driven by compressed air (all parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel).

- Pressure measurement is performed by a pressure sensor and displayed on the digital display.

- Turn off preset pressure test is done automatically; Displays the current pressure on the display.

- Check the test pressure for racing set the stop time is automatically signal when the failed pressure test.

- The successful pressure test will automatically flush the pressure vessel with compressed air. Water is pumped directly into the water tank

- Pressure test is performed at each pressure vessel separately. Scope of low pressure tests 0-30 bar

- Pressure test or filling adapter for rapid testing is performed alternately.
